Returns & Exchanges

At Snaps Clothing, we want you to love your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
